LEED: SS Credit 7.2 Heat Island Effect: Roof
Requirement: Roofing materials having a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) equal to or greater than the values below for a minimum of 75% of the roof surface.

Low-Sloped Roof (<=2:12): SRI must be >= 78% (2 colors available)
Steep-Sloped Roof (>=2:12): SRI must be >= 29% (29 or more colors available)

LEED: MR Credit 4.1 Recycled Content
Our material contains the following recycled content:

Galvanized Steel: Recycled scrap represents some 31% of the finished product.
23% of this is Post-Consumer
8% of this is Pre-Consumer

Aluminum Products: Recycled scrap represents some 88% of the finished product.
35% of this is Post-Consumer
53% of this is Pre-Consumer

LEED: MR Credit 5.1 Regional Materials
To qualify the materials being used on the building must have been extracted, havested, or recovered, as well as manufactured, within 500 miles of the project site for a minimum of 10% of the total materials value.
